Version 2026-10-23. By accepting these terms, you agree to use RGCCbook for legitimate club bookings and respectful community participation.

Bookings

Only book times you intend to use. Verify your email before booking. Cancel reservations you cannot attend. An event RSVP does not reserve a court or tee time. Facility schedules and access remain subject to club operations. RGCCbook currently does not collect payments.

Community standards

Do not post or send harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, pornography, scams, spam, illegal content, or other people's private information. Do not impersonate others. Only upload content you have the right and necessary consent to share. These rules apply to events, photos, comments, scorecards, profile names and booking chat.

Published content is public. Use Report on a post, event, comment, message or member to alert moderators. Block member hides their content in your signed-in views and prevents direct partner interactions. Manage blocks in Profile. Basic text screening may reject prohibited phrases; uploaded photos stay hidden until administrators approve them, and administrators review reports and can remove content or suspend posting access. No automated filter catches every violation.

Support, appeals and deletion

Email [email protected] for help, moderation appeals or urgent safety concerns. The operator is responsible for reviewing reports promptly. You can permanently delete your account online or from Profile. See the privacy policy for data handling and backup retention.
